Reservation Information

• Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time is at 4pm, and check-out time is at 10am. 
• Quiet Hours: Respect quiet hours from 10pm to 8am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Please be considerate of fellow guests when socializing on the property and on the beach. 
• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo. If you smoke on the balcony, please make sure the condo door is closed. Please pick up after yourself and your guests. Smoking inside the unit will incur a damage charge of $150 and will impact your ability to make further reservations. 
• Pets Policy: Pets are allowed. Please contact the office prior to your check in for the complete pet policy and appropriate fees.
• Visitors Policy: The number of overnight guests is strictly enforced. Please do not entertain large groups during the day due to county water restrictions and limited parking. 
• Towels and Linens: Towels and linens are provided. Please help us conserve water by reusing towels when possible. The laundry facility is free to use for our guests. Please read the rules provided in your room book. 
• Pool: Pool hours are 8am - 10pm. No lifeguard on duty. Pool Rules: No profanity, no loud music, no music with explicit lyrics, no dogs in the pool or pool area, no glass containers, no children in the pool under 12 without an adult, please shower prior to getting in the pool, please keep gate closed, swim diapers are required for infants and babies, please wear appropriate swimwear. 
• Parking: Parking is free but limited. Please be considerate of fellow guests when parking on the property.
• Wi-Fi: Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Weather may affect the Wi-Fi at times. You will receive log in information with your check in.
• Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in eviction without refund.
• Room Key : You will receive a Lock Box Code at the time of check in. Please be diligent in keeping track of your room key on the property and on the beach. 

Peregrine reserves the right to add charges to your reservation or cancel your reservation if these rules are not followed.
