Peregrine Intervals for Sale

The below list of intervals is available for sale by the Peregrine Homeowners Association

Maintenance Fees may be due for this year's and next year's occupancy (Maintenance Fees are billed one year in advance). It is required to pay the Maintenance Fees starting with the first year of occupancy. Closing costs are not included in the prices below and are ($100.00) transfer fee and ($30.00) recording fee. Yearly maintenance fees are not included in the below contract sales price.

Exchange Companies' color designation is included in the "RCI & II Calendar" tab to the left. Red is the designation signifying the highest demand for trading purposes.
