Peregrine Townhomes is located on a secluded area of the 14-mile long Follett’s Island between San Luis Pass and Surfside Texas. Located right on the beach the resort offers a variety of activities including swimming, beach volleyball, surfing, bird watching, horseshoes, fishing, beachside pool and laundry facility. Just a short distance away, enjoy golf, horseback riding, surf and bay fishing with bait nearby. The resort is only 25 miles west of Galveston, which offers shopping and fine dining.

Unit Amenities

All units are air-conditioned, have television, VCR with free movies, a microwave and full kitchen with dishwasher. 1 Bedroom loft units, maximum occupancy 4, have 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa and 1½ baths. 2 Bedroom units, maximum occupancy 6, have 2 queen beds, 1 sleeper sofa and 2 baths. Those with difficulty with climbing should be aware that all units are accessible by a flight of approximately 16 stairs. There are no elevators on site. The first floor of each unit includes the kitchen, dining area, living area and a bath. The second floor includes the bedroom(s), bath and linen closet. Vehicles park under the unit and are allowed to drive on the beach. There are no phones in the units (so bring your cell phone), however, a public phone is available on-site. Sorry, no pets are allowed.
